For such a star studded cast, this movie was a bit of a dud. It seemed to have so much potential, but it just really lacked the depth to keep me interested and was at times confusing.

But I wonder if what Gwen meant by saving him was saving his soul. Because if she was going to kill him anyway, why was she trying to save him? Did it matter if it was by someone who loved him? Could that redeem him? And his father seemed to understand that he had killed his wife, so he wasn’t wild enough to not have noticed killing her. Hmmm… a lot of questions are left unanswered in this one.
